Please read the following conditions to using my images. Using my images and not reading these conditions is no excuse.

I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have or if you would like to discuss using my images on your own website as stock photography.

General Conditions

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

you may not print or download to a local hard disk extract for your personal and non-commercial use. If you would like a print or copy of any images, please contact me.

you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge Bruce Lauderdale as the source of the material. A backlink to my website would be appreciated.
you use the image in its entirety and you do not crop, edit or alter the image in any way without my written permission.

You may not, except with my express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content.

Social Media - Tagging and Re-sharing

If I have tagged you personally, or your organisation, I am effectively providing you with permission to re-share my image on the same platform that I tagged you in, for your own personal social media account or for your organisation's social media account only.

This permission is granted if the following conditions are adhered to:

you credit me by either tagging me using @brucelauderdale or #brucelauderdale within the re-share.
the images I post have been cropped and edited to, what I feel, best portrays my images. Please do not re-crop nor re-edit them under any circumstances.
you do not use the image in any commercial advertisement or promotion of your business, brand or profile without my express written permission.
if you would like to share them on an alternative social media platform, please confirm with me by contacting me and getting my permission first.
even though the images are re-shared on your social media pages, I still own the copyright entirely.

Commercial Licensing

If you would like to purchase a license for commercial use, please get in touch with me and we can discuss this further.

I do sell my images and have been known to share ownership, but these agreements would need to be in writing and formally accepted by all parties involved.
